Järnbrottshus care and nursing home offers a vibrant living environment with engaged employees. Here, social community is prioritized with many activities and excursions for a meaningful everyday life. At Järnbrottshus, there are two units with somatic focus with a total of 25 apartments and one unit with 14 respite places.

In your role as a care supervisor, you will plan your work week together with the unit manager based on the needs of the operation. The focus is on providing support and guidance to employees in their daily work, as well as long-term development and follow-up.

In addition to your role as a care supervisor at the home, you will also be part of our network for care supervisors in nursing homes in the Southwest.

We offer you an attractive role where you can contribute your knowledge and skills. Together, we work to develop the quality of the care and nursing home and strengthen the status of nursing assistants.

Your working hours are weekdays during the day, 07:00-15:30, with the right to flexible hours. There is an option for part-time if desired.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant.
• Has vocational training of at least 200 YH in care and nursing, or a university degree that the employer deems relevant for the position.
• Has experience working as a care supervisor.
• Is well grounded in the salutogenic approach and the national value base.
• Has good computer skills for documentation and deviation management in various IT systems, as well as good Swedish language skills both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working with Senior Alert
• Experience working with star rating
• Experience working with the BPSD registry

Personal Qualities:

You are pedagogical, clear in your communication, and have an easy time explaining complex matters in a simple way. You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You have the ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate.
